| All home clients with 0 servers and upto 3 computers in their home and do not use these systems for business purposes | All clients with up to 5 computers or 1 server, used for personal or business purposes. Professional clients receive priority over personal clients. | All clients with 2+ servers and or 6+ computers. Premium clients receive priority over professional clients | All Daylite/Billings consulting & training is provided at an hourly rate. The first hour per session is $175, with each additional hour at $160. Optionally, we offer day and half day rates.
Should you choose to purchase your Daylite/Billings licenses through TechPal, your support will be provided at $135/hour with a 2 hour minimum for on-site support. |

| Our standard rates apply between the hours of 9AM & 5PM, Monday thru Friday. All work requested outside of these hours is performed at an additional surcharge. For after hours service, please call us at 866.928.4141 option 9, and we will be paged. | ||||
